（一）請將報名表件資料 PDF 電子檔 mail 到報名信箱：emoiss@gm.tut.edu.tw
（二）將報名表件資料紙本郵寄到臺灣 710302 臺南市永康區中正路 529 號（No.529, Zhongzheng Rd., Yongkang Dist., Tainan City 710302, Taiwan (R.O.C.)），收件人台南應用科技大學國際暨兩岸事務中心（International and Cross-Strait Affairs Center, Tainan University of Technology）。

【培南獨中推薦信申請】
培南獨中畢業生若需要申請推薦信，請根據以下程序：

1. 確認獎學金的申請流程並向負責人確認需要推薦信後，WhatsApp 聯絡輔導處（+6011-2617 2718）。
2. 輔導處將給予書寫推薦信的指示（Word 文件格式）。
3. 準備 A-level / 統考成績單 PDF 副本、畢業證書，以及在校最後一份年終大考成績單。
4. 準備 學年校內外課外活動獎狀、證書、比賽或校外課程證書（PDF 電子檔）。
5. 將以上提到的成績單、聯課活動獎狀​​等文件（PDF 電子版）發送至輔導處電話，並將推薦信以 Word 文件格式發送至輔導處電話。
6. 校方將處理文件檢查程序（預計20個工作天），完成後將聯絡申請者到校領取文件或發送 PDF 文件至申請者。
