郭先生将在博览会等相关展会宣传及发布本校办学和招生信息，并在中国各省、自治区、直辖市等地区招募代理。本校特委任郭先生与当地教育、出国留学中介服务等机构订立并签署合作办学、教育交流、招生咨询等合同。
