培南独中学生 – 英语推荐信申请流程：
1. 确认新加坡国立大学的申请流程后，联系辅导处（+6011-2617 2718）。
2. 辅导处将给予书写推荐信的指示（Word 文件格式）。
3. 准备 A-level / 统考成绩单 PDF 副本、毕业/结业证书，以及在校最后一份年终大考考试成绩单。
4. 准备 学年校内外课外活动奖状、证书、比赛或校外课程证书（PDF 电子档）。
5. 将以上提到的成绩单、联课活动奖状等文件（PDF 电子版）发送至辅导处电话，并将推荐信以 Word 文件格式发送至辅导处电话。
6. 校方将处理文件检查程序（最快预计14个工作日），完成后将联系申请者到校领取文件或发送 PDF 文件至申请者。

For Poi Lam High School graduates – English Recommendation Letter Application Procedure:

1. After confirming the application process for the National University of Singapore (NUS), contact the school’s Counselling Department at +6011-2617 2718.
2. The Counselling Department will provide instructions for writing the recommendation letter (in Word document format).
3. Prepare PDF files of: (1) A-level / UEC results, (2) Graduation certificate, (3) Final exam results from your last school year.
4. Prepare PDF files of: Certificates or awards for co-curricular activities (both within and outside school) / Competition certificates or external course certificates.
5. Send all the above-mentioned documents and co-curricular certificates (PDF format) to the Counselling Department via WhatsApp. Also, send the recommendation letter in Word document format to the same number.
6. The school will process and verify the documents (minimum 14 working days). Once completed, the applicant will be contacted to collect the documents in person or receive the PDF files via email.
