1. 马来西亚公民并持有马来西亚身份证 (I.C.)
2. 初一至高三的本校在籍生
3. 家庭属于 M40 群组,每月家庭总收入少于 RM 8,000
4. 品行良好
5. 课外活动活跃(包括联课活动、校内及校外比赛等等)
6. 各科均衡发展
7. 需透过校方申请此助学金
8. 未领取任何校内或校外奖助学金

Application Requirements:
1. Malaysian citizen holding a Malaysian Identity Card (I.C.).
2. Current Junior 1 to Senior 3 student.
3. Household must fall under the M40 group, with a total monthly income of less than RM 8,000.
4. Must demonstrate good conduct.
5. Actively involved in co-curricular activities (including ECA club/society, internal and external competitions, etc.).
6. Balanced academic performance across all subjects.
7. Applications for this financial aid must be submitted through the school.
8. Did not received any internal or external scholarship or financial aids.

申请流程

1. 学生到辅导处会见辅导老师进行会谈。
2. 学生和家长需根据辅导处老师指示申请推荐信,并准备以下文件 PDF 至辅导处 WhatsApp (+6011-2617 2718):
– 2025 全年成绩单(若初一生申请,请提交前一年度六年级成绩报告表)
– 家长近三个月之薪资单,需要有公司主管/上司/老板的签名和盖章(若无薪资单,请提交 Borang B)
– EA Form(若无 EA Form,请提交 Borang BE)
– 所得税申报表(Borang B 或 Borang BE)
【若无薪资相关文件,请提交 公积金(EPF)报表 或 Surat Akuan(需要YB、Datuk 或 Ketua Kampung签名),校方将联系家长会谈及安排家访,不符合资格者申请将不受理】
– 联课活动/校外比赛/表演/培训/大型活动 的 奖状/证书/奖牌/奖杯
3. 若推荐信申请成功,辅导处将填写线上申请表。
4. 辅导处将申请材料按顺序扫描成一个 PDF 文档上传至云端硬盘。
5. 董教总华文独中工委会奖贷学金委员会进行遴选工作。

Application Procedure:
1. The student is required to visit the Counselling Department to meet the school counsellor.
2. The student and parent(s)/guardian(s) must apply for a recommendation letter as instructed by the Counselling Department, and submit the following documents in PDF format via WhatsApp to the Counselling Department at +6011-2617 2718:
– Full-year 2025 academic result (For Junior 1 applicants, please submit the Standard 6 final year report card from the previous year)
– Parent(s)’/guardian(s)’ salary slips for the most recent three (3) months, duly signed and stamped by the employer/supervisor (If unavailable, please submit Borang B)
– EA Form (If unavailable, please submit Borang BE)
– Income Tax Return Form (Borang B or Borang BE)
【If salary-related documents are unavailable, please submit either EPF (Employees Provident Fund) statement, or Surat Akuan (Statutory Declaration) signed by a YB, Datuk, or Ketua Kampung. The school will contact the parent(s)/guardian(s) for further discussion and may arrange a home visit. Applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected】
– Certificates/awards/medals/trophies related to ECA, external competitions, performances, training programmes, or major events.
3. If the recommendation letter application is successful, the Counselling Department will proceed to complete the online application form.
4. The Counselling Department will compile and scan all application documents into a single PDF file and upload it to a cloud drive.
5. Dong Jiao Zong Malaysian Independent Chinese Secondary School (MICSS) Working Committee – Scholarship and Study Loan Committee will conduct the selection process.
