【奋勇拼搏 · 培南跆拳健儿不负众望】 在2025第41届霹雳州中小学跆拳道锦标赛暨第42届霹雳州公开跆拳道锦标赛中，我校选手奋力出击，斩获佳绩，为校争光！ 本次赛事是由霹雳州跆拳道联合会（WTF）主办，旨在发掘新秀，以吸纳进入霹雳州后备精英队伍，同时也为即将在雪兰莪举行的SUKMA大赛作战前准备。 我校吴友美同学在15-17岁女子品势个人赛（黄带组）中以稳健动作与精准技巧，勇夺金牌；谢晋宇同学则在 15-17岁男子竞技 (轻量级) 项目中展现坚毅韧性与拼搏精神，成功夺得铜牌。 特别感谢教练吴凯欣的悉心指导，助力学生在赛场上全力以赴，发挥出色实力。在此向两位同学致以热烈祝贺，愿他们在未来的赛场上再创辉煌！ 🥋 🥋 🥋 🎖️🎖️🎖️ [Fighting Spirit · Poi Lam Students Achieve Outstanding Results in Taekwondo Championships] At the 41st Perak Inter-school Taekwondo Championship & the 42nd Perak Taekwondo open Championship 2025, our students fought with determination and brought glory to the school with remarkable achievements! This championship, organized by the Perak Taekwondo Association (WTF), aims to discover new talents for the Perak reserve elite team, while also serve as preparation for the upcoming SUKMA Games in Selangor. Our student Goh Yeu Mei showcased steady movements and precise techniques in the 15–17 Girls’ Individual Poomsae (Yellow Belt category), earning the gold medal; while Cheah Jin Yie demonstrated resilience and fighting spirit in the 15–17 Boys’ Sparring (Lightweight category), securing the bronze medal. Special thanks to coach Nicole Ng Hoi Yan for her dedicated guidance, which empowered our students to give their best on the competition stage and showcase their outstanding abilities.
