【“我爱国文”全国学生短视频赛 • 培南独中摘冠】 在 “我爱国文” 全国学生短视频比赛 中，我校学生庞企洋脱颖而出，勇夺冠军！ 本次比赛由全国马来文专业导师工会（PROBM） 携手国家语文出版局（DBP） 联合主办，旨在激发学生对马来文学习的兴趣、提升国语水平，并鼓励学生通过创意短视频，表达他们对马来文的热爱与理解。特别感谢指导老师 Cikgu Idayu 与 Cikgu Syarifah 的悉心付出与指导，让庞企洋同学在比赛中展现创意与才华，为校争光。  [“Cintailah Bahasa Kebangsaan Kita” National Student Short Video Competition • Poi Lam High School Crowned Champion] Congratulations to our student Phang Qi Yang, who stood out among participants nationwide and emerged as the Champion in the “Cintailah Bahasa Kebangsaan Kita” National Student Short Video Competition! This competition, jointly organized by the Association of Professional Malay Language Educators (PROBM) and the Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP), aims to spark students’ interest in learning Malay, enhance their language proficiency, and encourage them to express their passion and understanding of the language through creative short videos. A special thanks to Cikgu Idayu and Cikgu Syarifah for their dedication and guidance, which enabled Phang Qi Yang to showcase creativity and talent in this contest, bringing pride to our school.#培南独中 #怡保培南独中 #培南 #poilamhighschool #ipohpoilamhighschool #poilam Honour Roll

【奋勇拼搏 · 培南跆拳健儿不负众望】 在2025第41届霹雳州中小学跆拳道锦标赛暨第42届霹雳州公开跆拳道锦标赛中，我校选手奋力出击，斩获佳绩，为校争光！ 本次赛事是由霹雳州跆拳道联合会（WTF）主办，旨在发掘新秀，以吸纳进入霹雳州后备精英队伍，同时也为即将在雪兰莪举行的SUKMA大赛作战前准备。 我校吴友美同学在15-17岁女子品势个人赛（黄带组）中以稳健动作与精准技巧，勇夺金牌；谢晋宇同学则在 15-17岁男子竞技 (轻量级) 项目中展现坚毅韧性与拼搏精神，成功夺得铜牌。 特别感谢教练吴凯欣的悉心指导，助力学生在赛场上全力以赴，发挥出色实力。在此向两位同学致以热烈祝贺，愿他们在未来的赛场上再创辉煌！ 🥋 🥋 🥋 🎖️🎖️🎖️ [Fighting Spirit · Poi Lam Students Achieve Outstanding Results in Taekwondo Championships] At the 41st Perak Inter-school Taekwondo Championship & the 42nd Perak Taekwondo open Championship 2025, our students fought with determination and brought glory to the school with remarkable achievements! This championship, organized by the Perak Taekwondo Association (WTF), aims to discover new talents for the Perak reserve elite team, while also serve as preparation for the upcoming SUKMA Games in Selangor. Our student Goh Yeu Mei showcased steady movements and precise techniques in the 15–17 Girls’ Individual Poomsae (Yellow Belt category), earning the gold medal; while Cheah Jin Yie demonstrated resilience and fighting spirit in the 15–17 Boys’ Sparring (Lightweight category), securing the bronze medal. Special thanks to coach Nicole Ng Hoi Yan for her dedicated guidance, which empowered our students to give their best on the competition stage and showcase their outstanding abilities. 【培南独中羽球捷报】 在全霹雳独中羽球锦标赛中，我校学生表现优异，捷报频传。初中女子单打方面，锺佩恬凭着稳健的球技与顽强的斗志，勇夺冠军；初中男子单打方面，曹毅南同样发挥出色，成功摘下冠军。与此同时，在高中男子单打项目中，许宏泽经过激烈对战，荣获殿军。 这次比赛不仅展现了我校学生在运动场上的实力，也体现了他们坚持不懈、奋勇拼搏的精神。恭喜三位同学，期待他们在未来的赛场上继续再创辉煌！ 🏸🏸🏸🎖️🎖️🎖️ [Poi Lam High School Badminton Achievements] In the Perak Chinese Independent School Badminton Championship, our students delivered outstanding performances and achieved remarkable results. In the Junior Girls’ Singles category, Cheng Pei Tian demonstrated steady skills and strong determination to claim the championship title. In the Junior Boys’ Singles category, Chow Yi Nam also excelled and successfully secured the championship title. Meanwhile, in the Senior Boys’ Singles category, Khor Hon Ze fought hard in intense matches and secured fourth place. This tournament not only showcased our students’ athletic abilities but also reflected their perseverance and fighting spirit. Congratulations to the three students!
